本文对34例肾、输尿管结石(草酸钙结石20例,磷酸盐结石8例,尿酸盐结石5例,碳酸钙结石1例)中蛋白质的主要氨基酸含量进行了测定,其结果是:尿酸盐结石氨基酸含量明显高于草酸钙结石(P<0.002)和磷酸盐结石(P<0.05),草酸钙结石的氨基酸含量与磷酸盐结石比较无显著差异(P>0.5)。各类氨基酸含量以脂肪族最多,占58.65%,其中直(?)氨基酸占62.88%,含硫氨基酸最少;酸性氨基酸含量高于碱性氨基酸。尿酸盐结石中以甘氨酸含量最高,占65%,而组氨酸缺乏。蛋白质代谢与氨基酸构成密切相关,根据尿石中氨基酸含量的分析,可能为进一步研究结石的成因和预防措施,提供依据。 |

This paper reports the analysis of amino acid in 34 urinary calculi. The results of our experiment are as follows: 1. the content of amino acid in uratoma is significatly higher than those in calcium oxalate calculus (P<0.002) and in phosphatic calculus (P<0.05). 2. the content of aliphatic amino acid is the highest (58.65%) and the content of sulfur amino acid is the lowest in these calculi; and the content of acidic amino acid is higher than basic amino acid. 3. the content of glycine is the highest (65%) and the content of histidine is deficient in uratoma. Thus, the authors believe that this analysis is useful for studying the formation and the dissolution of urinary calculi. |
