| 肾脏是调节体液容量和体液成份使之维持在正常范围内的器官。一旦肾实质受到急性损害,具有功能的肾单位减少到不能再维持体液成份在正常限量之内,丧失了调节能力,不能维持体液及电解质平衡,不能将体内代谢产物和毒性物质排出体外,而发生一系列的病理、生化改变,统称为急性肾功能衰竭。它的定义为:在休克纠正后,没有尿 |

| This paper reported 32 cases of acute renal failure. Among these cases, 20 were men and 12 were women. The main pathogenesis were serious injury and burn (8 cases), drug poisoning (4 cases), serious infection(8 cases), epidemic hemorrhagic fever(4 cases), acute uranium poisoning(1 case), fish bile poisoning(5 cases), replantation of severed limbs (1 case) and snake bite (1 case). There were 25 cases of the successful management and 7 cases of the failure in these cases. The death rate were 22%. The fundamental principles in the treatment of acute renal failurewere: (1) strict restriction of water intake, (2) maintenance of elec- trolyte and acid-base balance, (3) elimination of infection, and (4) adequate supply of nutrients. |
