      本文报导了30株金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)经次最小抑菌浓度(Su b—MIC)抗生素作用前后,分别进行了血液杀菌作用的抗性试验。结果,经 Sub—MIC 抗生素作用的金葡菌易被血液免疫系统处理,存活菌的百分率经统计学处理,差异非常显著P<0.001,从而加深了对抗生素抗菌作用的理解,丰富了对抗生素作用机制的认识,对指导临床良好的选择和应用抗生素,都有一定的意义。

      Resistence tests o 30 strains of S.aureus to blood bactericidal activity were carried out before and after the staphylococci were trea- ted with cephalothin at the sub-minimun inhibitory concentration(Sub- MIC).The results showed that the staphylococci treated with the Sub-MIC-cephalothin were more easily killed by the immune agents in the blood than those not treated and the percentages of living bacteria before the treatment were statistically higher than those after the treatment(P<0.001)
