| 本文分析了1981年1月至1986年12月内科住院的1068例贫血病人,占同期内科住院总人数(8864)的12.1%。病人年龄从14岁至78岁,21岁至30岁占24.5%。病因中血液病所致贫血443例(占41.5%):缺铁性贫血最常见,共计209例(占全部贫血病例的19.6%),女性较多,原因为月经过多、子宫功能性出血等,占缺铁性贫血的54.1%;白血病占第二位,共88例(占8,2%)。继发于其他疾病的贫血625例(占58.5%),其中消化性溃疡与胃炎共计249例(占23.2%);其次为各种慢性或感染共166例(占15.5%);第三位为涉及各系统的恶性肿瘤共67例(占6.3%);值得提出的是8例甲亢伴贫血者。 |

| In this paper the causes of anemia in 1068 patients seen in the poriod from January 1981 to December 1986 were analysed.This group of patients with anemia made up 12.1% of all patients admitted in medical wards during the same period.The age range was from 14 to 78 years.24.5% of the patients were between 21-30 years. The cause of anemia in 448 cases(41.5%)was various blood diseases.Iron deficiency anemia was the most common disorder.It occurred in 209 patients(19.6%),and more frequently in females. 54.1% of them suffered from menorrhagia,myoma of uterus.Leukemia (88 cases,8.2% of the patients with anemia)was the next common blood disease leading to anemia. The cause of anemia in 625 cases(58.5%)was various other diseases.Among these,peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis(249 cases, 23.2%)were the most common causes of anemia.Various chronic infec- tions made up 15.5%(166 cases)of all patients with anemia.Malignant tumors were found in only 67 cases(6.3%).It extremely note worthy that there were 8 patients with hyperthyroidism in the total group of anemic patients. |
