| 本文报道了十五只家兔口服阿斯匹林片剂后的体內动力学研究结果,其中5只家兔口服阿斯匹林片0.15g/kg(A组);5只口服阿斯匹林片0.15g/kg,小苏打0.075g/kg(B组);剩下的5只口服阿斯匹林0.15g/kg,小苏打0.15g/kg(C组)。将B,C二组药动学参数分别与A组比较,结果B、C两组消除半衰期缩短,峰时提前。最大血药浓(?)Cmax均下降,但仍在解热镇痛有效浓度范围内,B组Cmax在抗风湿有效浓度范围。因此我们建议阿斯匹林作解热镇痛药时可与小苏打等量同服;作抗风湿药时,阿斯匹林与小苏打以2∶1同服为好。 |

| The pharmacokinitic behaviour of aspirin adi ministration with sodium bie carbonate was studied in fifteen rabbits. Aspirin 0.15g/kg was given to five of them by oral (A group); Aspirin 0.15g/kg and sodium bicarbonate.075g/kg were given to five of them by oral (B group); Aspirin 0.15g/kg and sodium bicarbonate 0.15g/kg were given to another five of them by oral (C group). Pharmacokinitic of B and C groups was compared with A group. Elimination rate constant and Tmax of B and C reduced; and Cmax reduced too. But Cmax of B and C is still in Antipyretic-analgesics; Cmax of B is still in anti-rhcumatic action. So we suggest that (?)piri(?) should be adiministr(?)ted with sodium bicarbonate; when it is ased as an antipyretic-analgesics. It is good that rate of aspirin and sodin(?) bicarbonate is 2:1, when it is used as anti-rh(?)umatic drug. |
