| 本文收集250例6—14周国入胚胎的手与足,分别测量其长度並观察其形态发生。发现用Bouin氏液固定后的手、足标本在体视显微镜或手术显微镜下的图像和扫描电镜下的图像极为相似,说明可以用光镜观察代替电镜。按手掌及足底形态及垫、摺痕和嵴纹渐次出现的情况将手足发育分为9期。手足各期胚胎的受精龄(按月经资料估计)与手足长度呈正相关(P<0.01)。认为手足分期结合其长度可作为估计胚胎周龄的良好指标,比较6—14周国人与同龄外国人胚胎手足的发育,表明早期国人胚胎的手较长和发育较快,足较短,发育较慢。 |

| In this paper, the lengths and the morphogenesis of fetal hands and feet derired from 250 human fetuses of 6 to 14 weeks fertilization age were measured and studied. The figures of the hands and the feet observed under the dissecting microscope or stereo-microscope were very similar to which were observed under the scanning electron micoroscope ( SEM ). It shows that the method of observation with light microscope (IM) is simpler than that with SEM and we may use LM instead of SEM. According to the shape, the palm and the sole configuration and the progressive appearanced of pads, creases and ridges, nine stagesin the development of Chinese embryonic and fetal hand and foot have heen established. The fertilization age estimated from menstrual data of each stage correlated significantly and positively (P<0.01)with the length of the hand or the foot. Our research revealed that the stages of the hand and foot in combination with the length of them can be a good index for estimating fetal age. The results obtained from Chinese embryos were compared with the foreign embryos of the same stage. It suggests that the hand of Chinese embryos is longer and grows more rapidly, but the foot of Chinese embryos is shorter and grows more slowly than its foreign counterpart. |
