| 本文报导50例经皮肝穿刺胆管造影,检出成功率为92％。42例经手术和病理学证实诊断,正确率为91.3％,没有严重并发症。并对胆石症,乏特氏壶腹癌,胰头癌,胆道蛔虫,胆总管狭窄的X线表现进行了分析,其X线表现各具有一定的特征性。最后讨论了检查技术,穿刺部位,PTC的诊断价值。 |

| In this paper, 50 cases of percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC) were reported. It was successful in 92%.Operation and histopathologic examination were performed in 42 cases with a diagnostic accuracy of 91.3%. Phere was no serious complication.
The x-ray findings of rarious diseases were described including choletithiasis, Ascariasis of the biliary tract, carcinoma of the head of pancreas, tumour of the ampulla of vater, carcinoma of the bile ducts, and bile duct stricture. The x-ray findings of these diseases seem to be characteristic.Finally, the technique examination, location for puncture. The diagnostic value of PTC were discussed. |
