| 本文报告采用小楔形瓣肾部分切除术治疗肾结石51例,随访10年。我们利用平切法废弃的肾组织来遮盖创面,从而能促进创面伤口愈合、止血和防止尿漏发生,尽可能多地保留有功能的肾组织。本组中结石复发3例(占10.7％),仅一例伤口感染,一例术后肾出血用药物治愈,没有发生尿漏、大出血或死亡病例。 |

| In this paper, 51 cases of the renal calculi were treated by the way of the wedge partial nephrectomy of small segment and the cases were followed up for 10 years. We used the discarded renal tissues which were obtained by the way of level partial nephrectomy to cover the sectioned surface. Thus, it can stimulate: the wound to heel up, stop bleeding and prevent urinary fiskula from occuring, and the functional renal tissues can be conserved as much as possible In this group we found 3 cases of stone recurrence, of which 1 case was infeeted and another of renal hemorrhage after the operation, they were successfully treated by drugs.No urinary fistula, gross hemorrhage or death occurred. |
