| 本文对198例原发性红斑肢痛症进行流行病学调查与临床分析,发现其发病原因与气温改变有密切关系,此外与学习紧张,宿舍拥挤等也有一定的关系。患者血流变学检查,血粘度增高,说明患者末梢血管运动功能失调,导致微循环有一定的改变。 |

| In the present report,the epidemiological and clinical aspects of 198 cases of acromelalgia are analysed.The etiology of this disorder seems to be closely related to the change of environmental,temperature.Tension in studying and over-crowding in the dormitories might be the preciptating causes. The rheological study of patient's blood showed increased viscosity indicating that there is some sort of disorder in the kinetic function of the terminal vessels which resulted in dysfunction of peripheral micro- circulation. |
