| 本文报导纤维胃镜检查消化性溃疡4007例,检出率35.8%、男女之比为5.8:1。其中十二指肠球部溃疡2502例(62.5%)、胃溃疡1309例(32.7%),两者之比为1.9:1,其余为复合性溃疡178例(4.4%),复发性溃疡13例(0.3%),食管溃疡5例(0.1%)。胃溃疡好发部位在胃窦部(37.5%),其次胃角(20.6%);十二指肠球部溃疡好发在前壁(46.2%)。溃疡恶变10例(占胃溃疡3%)。 |

| 4007 cases of peptic ulcer inspected by the fibrogastroscope were re- ported in this paper,The inspected rate was 35.8%.The ratio between male and femal was 5.8:1.Among these,2502 cases were duodenal ulcer (62.5%)and 1309 cases,gastric ulcer(32.7%).The ratio between duodenal and gastric ulcer was 1.9:1.Other cases included 178 cases of com- bined uleer(4.4%).13 cases of recurrent ulcer(0.3%),5 cases of ulcer of esophagus(0.1%).The most frequent site of gastric ulcer occurred on the gastric sinus(37.7%),next on the gastric angulus(20.6%).The most frequent site of duodenel nlcer occurred on the anterior wa11(46.2%). 40 cases of gastric ulcer changed from benign to malignant(being 3% of all gastric ulcers) |
