| 本文报道26例尿路结石合并心血管疾病。作者结合文献复习着重讨论了结石合并冠心病和高血压病的处理,并提出个人的初步体会:1.尿路结石合并心血管疾病时可加速肾功能损害;2.积极保护心功能的同时尽量减轾心脏负荷能提高病人对取石的耐受力;3.只要全面估计病情、细致术前准备、小心施行麻醉、简化术式、减少失血、防止血压波动取石是安全的。 |

| From 1974 to 1986, 26 cases of urinary lithiasis with cardiovascular diseases were treated without mortality. Here is some experiences in the treatment of these cases: (1)The injury to the renal function may be accelerated by urinary lithiasis with cardiovascular diseases: (2)Its necessary to protect the heart function and decrease the heart load; (3) Operation will be safe with full knowledge of the condions and careful preparations for the operation. |
