| 本文观察到在人工培养的条件下,V_E、V_C有延长果蝇寿命的作用。实验组与对照组的平均寿命及最高寿命相比较,有统计学意义。V_E、V_C都是体内重要的抗氧化剂。它们通过抑制体内的自由基反应、稳定细胞膜,促进RNA和蛋白质的合成及增强免疫功能,从而起到抗衰防老,延长寿命的作用。 |

| It has been shown in our laboratory that under experimental condition Vit E and Vit C can prolong the lifespan of drosophila. Comparing the average and the longest lifespan in experimental and control groups, we conclude that the data has statistic significance. Vit E and Vit C are all important antioxidants in the body. Through inhibiting freeradical reaction, they can stabilize cell membrane, accelerate the synthesis of RNA and protein, and entrance tire immunologic response. All these functions may play important role in anti-senility and prolonging the lifespan. |
