| 本文总结了35例周围神经损伤病例,平均随访2.1年,优良率为60%。疗效尚属满意。通过病例分析认为:在目前对神经束纤维的性质无精确判断方法时,神经外膜缝合法尚有一定的优点;骨折脱位合并神经损伤应防止漏诊;医源性神经损伤重在预防;高位神经损伤的治疗有待进一步探讨。 |

| 35 cases of peripheral nerve injury were sumed up in this article. Among them,good result is in 60%.Author considers that epineurorrh- aphy still has a certain merit,for there is not a accurate method to distinguish properties of the nerve tract fibers.Nerve injury associated with fractures and dislocations,it should not be missed in diagnosis.It is important to prevent nerve injury on medical care.The treatment of highvlevel nerve injury should be approached in further. |
