| 早些时候,本人对肿瘤的发生机理提出了一个假说,即幼稚细胞分化受阻假说。该假说的主要思想如下。 1.肿瘤只发生在未分化成熟、且尚具有分裂能力的细胞。肿瘤不会发生在已分化成熟或虽未完全分化成熟但已无分裂能力的细胞。即肿瘤只发生于有分裂能力的幼稚细胞。 2.无论何种原因引起的任何肿瘤,其共同的发生机制为幼稚细胞分化受阻。 3.肿瘤细胞不是“异己细胞”,除了不能分化成熟,它可以是完全正常的细胞,与同一分化阶段的同一种正常细胞没有两样。用幼稚细胞分化受阻假说,可以解释与 |

| The theory of differentiation block of immature cell on the mechanism of tumorigenesis was advanced in the previous article. The major points of view of the theory are as follows:(1)Tumors only occur in the cells which incompletely differentiated and with the capacity of fission, Tumors not occur in the cells which have completely differentiated or the cells which incompletety differentiated but without the capacity of fission. In a word,tumors only occur in the cells which is immature and with the capacity of fission.(2)The common mechanism of tumorigenesis of all tumors is differentiation block of immature cells,no matter what cause is.(3)Tumor cells are not "heterogeneous cells".There is no difference between tumor cells and normal cells which comes from the same stem cell and at the same differentiatory stage,except tumor cells can not become maturity. Almost all important facts which have reference to neoplasm can be explained with the theory of differentiation block of immature cells and that all other theories can't do. In this article, with the theory some of the facts which have reference to neoplasm have been explained, such as: (1)Why tumors can be caused by human hormone? (2)Gastric ulcer can develope into cancer, why duodenal ulcer never develope into cancer? (3)Why the rate of carcinogenesis higher in the old man? |
