本文报导钒酸离子在溴酸钾和没食子酸的酸性溶液中,以测定钒的催化分光光度法。当测定波长为440毫微米时,钒量由0.8~5毫微克/毫升和A-t直线的斜率成直线关系。测定的最佳条件为取不同量的钒酸离子,1.0%没食子酸溶液4毫升和水10毫升,调整其pH值约为3,加入缓冲溶液(pH=3.02)5毫升,4%溴酸钾2毫升,再稀释成25.00毫升。研究了酸度、杂质离子等对测定的影响,以及应用于水、尿、指甲中含钒量的测定。 |

The catalytic behavior of vanadate ion for the reaction between gallic acid and potassium bromate was utilized for the determination of trace of vanadium by spectrophotometric method. The test solution containing various amount of vanadate ion, 4ml of 1.0% gallic acid, 5ml of HCl-NaAc buffer solution (pH=3.02), 2ml of 4.0% potassium bromate was diluted to 25.00ml. Under optimum condition, at 440nm, the slope of A-t line is directly proportional to the vanadate ion concentration in the range from 0.4 to 5ng/ml solutions. The effects of various factors and foreign ions have been investigated.It has been used to the determination of vanadium in water. The results of determination were reasonably accurate. The toxicity of vanadium depends on it's valence, that is, it increases with increasing valence, with pentavalent vanadium being most toxic, the men exposed to vanadium a lowered cystine content in their fingernails. This indicates that vanadium causes a decrease in the synthesis of cystine and cysteine. When the definite amount of cystine and cysteine has been lowered in the human body, it will make the man to loss hair, to suffer from neuralgia or to have spasmodic asthma. |
