| 本文报告国内妊娠早期合并急性胰腺炎的首例尸检材料,并收集国内外报告的有完整资料的病例共127例,结合文献进行分析讨论。对妊娠期突然发生的剧烈而持续的上腹痛及压痛等临床表现者,均应考虑到急性胰膜炎的诊断。其常见的死亡原因是休克。 |

| A case of acute pancreatitis in early pregnancy is reported and the literature is reviewed. The patient became ill with vomiting of pregnancy in the first trimester, the condition was not stabilized by medical therapy, and she died of acute pancreatitis within a month after admission. Acute pancreatitis was diagnosed at autopsy. After review of the literature, the author conclude that acute pancreatitis in pregnancy is rare. It may occur at any stage of pregnancy especially more common in the third trimester and the puerperium. Shock is the most dangerous complication and it's the most frequent cause of death. It is important to suspect acute pancreatitis in all cases of vomiting of pregnancy. |
