| 本文报告一例因小肠系膜根部肿瘤切除误伤肠系膜上动、静脉,导致小肠血运障碍的病例。对该病例,经采用胃网膜右血管带蒂移植与小肠动、静脉端端吻合,使200cm小肠获得血运。作者重点介绍了带蒂胃网膜血管作为供区血管行血管吻合的手术方法,并从显微解剖、生理方面探讨该术式的可行性及实用价值。 |

| A case of intestinal ischemia caused by superior mesenteric vessels injury during a resection of a mesenteric tumor is reported. After using end-to-end anastomosis, the right gastro-omental blood vessel was transplanted to intestinal artery and vein, and then the blood supply was restored to the segment of intestine which about 200 cm. This article, in particular, introduced the application of anastomosis which taking gastro-omental blood vessel connect to intestinal blood vessel. It's also discussed the feasibility and practical application of this method in the field of microanatomy and physiology. |
