| With the increase of the use of cholangiojejunostomy, people has paid greater attention to retrograde infection of the biliary tract. The article gives the examples of retrograde cholangitis following the Roux-Y cholangiojejunostomy, and the improved method of the operation way. It puts forward using the Roux-Y rectangled valve cholangiojejunostomy for preventing and treating the retrograde cholangitis following intrahepatic cholelithotomy. |
