| 本文测定了慢性高脂血症家兔和静脉注射高脂血清家兔血小板聚集性的变化。结果得出,不论是喂饲胆固醇三月造成的慢性高脂血症还是静脉注射高脂血清引起的一时性高脂血症,家兔血小板聚集性均显著增强。结合本实验室以前的工作,推测高脂血症引起的主动脉内膜的形态学改变可能与血小板聚集性升高有关。 |

| We have determined the platelet aggregation changes of rabbit in chronic hyperlipidemia induced by feeding diet of high cholesterol content for three months and in transient hyperlipidemia induced by injection of hyper-cholesterolemic serum. The result shows that the platelet aggregation of both groups of animals obviousely increased.Considering the work done before,we conclude the aortic intima morphologic changes of rabbit in hyperlipidemia were associated with increasing platelet aggregation. |
