| 本文报告一例先天性白血病,并收集国内报告的病例共48例,结合复习文献进行分析讨论。本病具有几个独特的特点。凡新生儿期具有肝、脾、淋巴结肿大、出血、贫血及皮肤结节等临床表现,结合周围血象中幼稚细胞增生,广泛浸润非造血组织,并除外类白血病反应及Down氏综合征的骨髓增生即可诊断为先天性白血病。 |

| A case of congenital leukemia is reported, and the total number of cases recorded in the Internal Literature is limited to 48 cases. In combination with the literatures, auther thought congenital leukemia presenting several distinctive features. It could be diagnosed as cOngenital leukemia that the newborn who has the common clinical findings hepato-splenomegaly, lymphadenopathy, bleeding, anemia, skin nodules and cOmbine with proliferation of immature cells, infiltration of these cells into extrahemtopoietic tissues and so on. |
