| 本文报导一例5—FU并用大剂量青霉素治疗乳癌、引起急性粒细胞缺乏症和贫血。实验研究提示单纯大剂量青霉素对免造血系统有损害。如再并用5—FU不仅可加剧肝肾组织病理损害且有可能诱发严重并发症——粒细胞缺乏症和贫血。 |

| A case of breast cancer patient developed agranulocytosis and anemia after large doses of penicillin in combination with 5-FU is reported. Experimental studies showed that single use of penicillin was harmful for the hematopoietic system of rabbits. If large doses of penicillin were combined with 5-FU, not only liver and kidney functions would be seriously impaired, severe complications such as agranulocytosis and anemia would ensue. |
