| 本文对我院94例糖尿病人的发病情况和常见并发症作了分析。指出糖尿病的心脏并发症不仅限于冠心病,还有心肌病和植物神经病变,必须注意鉴别。高渗性昏迷常有神经系统症状,个别病例可不发生昏迷。并着重对酮症酸中毒的治疗进行了讨论,指出补碱过于积极易导致缺氧,脑水肿和死亡。 |

| In this article 94 cases of diabetes mellitus including its' etiological factors and common complications are analyzed. The results point out that the cardiovascular complications are not limited to coronary heart diseases alone, cardiomyopathy and neuropathy of autonomic nervous system may occur as well. These should be carefully differentiated. Symptoms of central nervous system may accompany hyperosmotic coma, but in some patients coma may be abent even in the presence of hyperosmosis. Treatment of ketoacidosis is discussed in detail. Too enthusastic stress on sodium bicarbonate infusion should be avoided, otherwise anoxia, cerebro=edema and even death may ensue. |
