| 本文得出,静脉注射高脂血清后6小时主动脉内膜表面超微结构出现明显改变,主要表现为细胞核部隆起突出,细胞间隙增宽,边界呈双线,细胞彼此分离,Stigmata和Stomata增多等。这些变化可能是内皮细胞收缩的反映。结合本实验室以前的工作,认为内皮细胞收缩、细胞间隙增宽是静脉注射高脂血清引起内膜通透性增高的结构基础。 |

| This article shows the ultrastructural changes of rabbit aortic intima after injection of hypercholesterolemic serum. The chief changes were: protruding of nuclei, widening of gaps between cells, appearance of doable silver staining, line of cell boundaries, separation of adjacent cells from each other and increased number of stigmata and stomata. These changes probably represent contraction of endothelial cells. Considering the work done before, we conclude that contraction of endothelial cells and widening of gaps between the cells may be closely related to increased permeability of rabbit's sortic intima, which was caused by the injection of hypercholesterolemic serum. |
