      我们采用硫代巴比妥酸法来检测家兔血小板前列腺素内过氧化物代谢产物丙二醛的含量。在我们实验室的条件下,与其他促聚剂比较,血小板丙二醛的检测,以肾上腺素作为聚集诱导物为宜。阿斯匹林可阻断血小板丙二醛形成。丙二醛的测定,比直接检测前列腺素简便,有助于了解血小板前列腺素代谢,可用以评价血小板功能以及疾病或某些新药对血小板功能的影响。
英文摘要:
      Malondialdehyde(MDA), a metabolite of prostaglandin endoperoxide, has been detected by the use of the thiobarturic acid reaction in rabbit's platelets. Under our experimental condition, platelet MDA was detected by adding aggregation promoting agents, and epinephrine was proved to be most appropriate. MDA formation in platelets was prevented by aspirin. The measurement of MDA in platelets is much simpler than the direct detection of prostaglandin. It contributes to a better understanding of platelet prostaglandin metabolism,and thus, the function of platelet. It also helps us to gain a better understanding about the influences of the diseases and some new drugs on the function of platelet.
