| 本文报道了磁场对家兔精子生长发育和寿命的影响。实验结果表明,在旋磁作用下(表面静磁场为2000GS)与对照组比较,不活动、死亡和畸形的精子百分率均有不同程度升高;而精子密度及其活力明显下降;精子形态改变明显,经磁场处理后,约有70%的精子成为相互粘连或颈部膨大的畸形精子。可见磁场对家兔精子的生长发育具有明显的抑制作用,且具可逆性。有可能成为男性节育方法之一。 |

| The effect of rotating magnetic field on rabbits' sperm growth and spermatic life-span is reported Compared with control,the results of the effect of rotating magnetic field(Surface rotating magnetic field is 2000 GS)show that the percentage of inactive,dead and malformed sperm is going up in different degree,but the density and activity of sperm are obviously cut down.The rotating magnetic field is especially hypersensitive for sperm's form of rabbits.After treating by magnetic field, about 70% of the sperm are malformed which has adhesiveness and neck enlarged. In conclusion,magnetic field has an obvious inhibitory effects on sperm growth of rabbits,and it is reversible.Therefore it could be one of the methods of contraception of male's. |
