English Summary:
Encouraging innovation in low-carbon technologies to drive the green transformation of industrial supply chains is a crucial measure for enhancing core competitiveness and fostering a low-carbon economy. The collaborative state of low-carbon technology innovation between core enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the supply chain is a key factor in enhancing the efficiency of this transformation. It is also a focal point of interest for government bodies, investment institutions, and other stakeholders. Taking the nuclear power industry supply chain as an example, this paper considers the core enterprises and SMEs as representatives of a common interest group within the supply chain, and collaboratively constructs an evolutionary game model involving the government, investment institutions, and the industry. Based on the analysis of the dynamic equations for these three parties, four feasible strategies for achieving evolutionary stability are identified. A numerical simulation is then conducted to examine the impact of different parameters on the evolutionary outcomes of the three parties. The results indicate that the initial intentions of the three parties, the coefficient representing the proportion of investment returns, and the benefits of collaborative innovation all have a positive impact on promoting collaborative innovation within the supply chain. Moreover, the coefficient representing the proportion of investment returns and the benefits of collaborative innovation exert a more significant influence. In contrast, the adoption costs, investment incentives, and proactive government promotion exhibit an inverted U-shaped relationship, with investment incentives being particularly pronounced. This paper aims to provide valuable recommendations for driving efficient transformation within industrial supply chains and promoting the maturity of green, low-carbon product markets to support low-carbon, green economic development.
