      实现国家“双碳”目标为核电发展提供了重要机遇,研究公众接受度有助于核电的可持续发展。基于扎根理论研究方法,对桃花江核电站社区居民开展深度访谈,利用NVivo12软件进行文本分析,考察社区居民核科学素质对内陆核电的重启态度,揭示公众接受的深层原因。研究发现:核科学素质、特别是其内涵的价值观和情感态度的迁移,能够部分解释公众接受的内在机理;良好的核科学素质有助于提高公众接受的稳定性。
English Summary:
      Achieving the national “Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals” provides a significant opportunity for the development of nuclear power, which can be sustainably promoted based on public acceptance research. Based on the Grounded Theory approach, the authors conducted in-depth interviews with community residents of the Taohuajiang Nuclear Power Plant, and used NVivo12 for text analysis, Examining community attitudes toward the restart of inland nuclear power in terms of the nuclear science quality, revealing the deep-seated reasons and internal mechanisms of public acceptance. The study finds that the nuclear science quality, especially its embedded values and the transfer of affective attitudes can partially explain the underlying mechanisms of public acceptance; nuclear science quality contributes to the stability of public acceptance.
