      数字经济为我国乡村振兴注入了强劲动力,对农村电商发展具有积极影响。基于2013-2020年我国省际面板数据,构建数字经济基础、数字经济应用和数字经济创新三个维度的数字经济发展水平指标体系,结合熵值法综合测算我国省域数字经济发展水平总指数,运用双重固定效应回归模型检验了数字经济对我国农村电商发展的整体影响效应及区域异质性。研究发现:数字经济发展水平总指数和数字经济基础、数字经济应用和数字经济创新三个维度指数均对我国农村电商发展表现为显著的促进效应;数字经济对我国农村电商发展的促进效应具有区域异质性,且数字经济对西部地区和东部地区农村电商的促进效应比中部地区更加显著。通过中介机制检验进一步发现,城镇化水平和产业结构水平是加速数字经济促进我国农村电商发展的有效中介。为进一步释放数字经济对我国农村电商发展促进效应,要大力加强数字基础设施建设,制定差异化的农村电商发展促进政策,并充分发挥城乡融合和产业结构升级对农村电商发展的中介作用。
English Summary:
      Digital economy has injected strong impetus into rural revitalization in China and has a positive impact on the development of rural e-commerce. Based on the panel data of China's provinces from 2013 to 2020, the index system of digital economy development level from three dimensions of digital economy foundation, digital economy application and digital economy innovation is constructed, and the total index of digital economy development level of China's provinces is comprehensively calculated with the entropy method. The dual fixed effect regression model is used to test the overall effect and regional heterogeneity of digital economy on the development of rural e-commerce in China. The results show that the total index of digital economy development level and the three dimensions of digital economy foundation, digital economy application and digital economy innovation all have significant promoting effect on the development of rural e-commerce. The promotion effect of the digital economy on the development of rural e-commerce in China has regional heterogeneity, and the promotion effect of the digital economy on rural e-commerce in the western and eastern regions is more significant than that in the central region. Through the inspection of the intermediary mechanism, it is further found that the level of urbanization and the level of industrial structure are effective intermediaries to accelerate the digital economy and promote the development of rural e-commerce in China. In order to further release the effect of the digital economy on the development of rural e-commerce in China, it is necessary to vigorously strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure, formulate differentiated rural e-commerce development promotion policies, and give full play to the intermediary role of urban-rural integration and industrial structure upgrading in the development of rural e-commerce.
