| Based on the data of 133 papers on network public opinion governance of public emergencies collected in CNKI database from 2008 to 2021, this paper makes visual analysis, and carries out semantic mining through literature trend map, word cloud map, semantic network analysis and feature analysis of LDA topic model. Dig out the prominent problems in the network public opinion governance of public emergencies, and understand the reasons that hinder the prevention, control and governance of network public opinion. It is proposed to construct the early warning mechanism of network public opinion, establish the governance mechanism of network public opinion, improve the guidance and cultivation mechanism of communicators and receivers, improve the legal system and accountability mechanism of network public opinion, and optimize the multi linkage and co governance mechanism of network public opinion. In order to effectively supervise the network public opinion in public emergencies, rectify the chaos of network rumors, and prevent and reduce the occurrence of public emergencies to the greatest extent. |
