| Major epidemic situations pose a serious threat to the survival and development of human beings. The ethical concern of public welfare activities in epidemic prevention reflects the glory of human nature. This paper analyzes the manifestations and causes of public welfare ethical problems in the prevention and control of great epidemic situations from three dimensions of emotion, cognition and behavior, and puts forward some ethical countermeasures to rebuild public trust, combine with moral education and complement moral and legal norms. |
