      内容提要:本研究采用追踪和配对问卷调查收集数据,研究了指导关系影响组织公民行为的内在机制并对内部人身份感知和工作嵌入的作用进行了深入分析。研究结果表明:(1)工作嵌入完全中介指导关系和内部人身份感知;(2)内部人身份感知部分中介指导关系和组织公民行为;(3)工作嵌入完全中介内部人身份感知和组织公民行为;(4)工作嵌入和内部人身份感知在指导关系影响组织公民行为过程中起双中介作用。
English Summary:
      This paper adopts cross sectional and longitudinal research methods, and 258 valid questionnaires were collected in surveys. Regression model and structural equation modelling are used to test the relationships among these variables. The detailed results are shown as follows: (1) Mentoring relationship was positively associated with perceived insider status and organizational citizenship behavior; (2) Job embeddedness plays a full intermediary role on the relationship between mentoring relationship and perceived insider status; perceived insider status plays a full intermediary role on the relationship between job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior. (3) Job embeddedness and perceived insider status play a full intermediary role on the relationship between mentoring relationship and organizational citizenship behavior.
