      海上浮动核电站项目建设难度大、周期长,对技术要求高,资金投入要求较大,这就使得建设过程中面临的风险多样且复杂。为了对风险进行定量化分析,文章使用G-ANP(灰色网络分析法)方法对项目进行风险分析与评价。在构建项目建设过程中所面临的风险指标体系后,将灰色网络分析法应用于指标的风险评价,建立海上浮动式核电站建设项目的风险评价模型。最后运用某一具有可行性建设的项目来验证该方法的有效性,发现其关键的风险因素,为制定相关建设项目的风险规避策略提供依据。
English Summary:
      The offshore floating nuclear power plant project is difficult to construct, with long period, high technical requirements and large capital investment requirements, which makes the risks in the construction process diverse and complex. In order to carry on the quantitative analysis to the risk, the G-ANP(Grey Analysis Network Process) method is used to analyze and evaluate the project risk. After constructing the risk index system in the process of project construction, the grey analysis network process is applied to the evaluation research of the index, and the risk evaluation model of offshore floating nuclear power station construction project is established. Finally, a feasible construction project is used to verify the effectiveness of the method, and the key risk factors are found, which can provide the basis for making risk aversion strategies for relevant construction projects.
