| Network trading platform providers play an important role in the legal relationship of network trading, which have technological advantages in the market of both consumers and operators. It's in line with the purpose of setting punitive damages system and making up for the absence of applicable rules for the general rule of punitive damages jointly with the platform providers.The “Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law” should protect the buyers who buy fake products on purpose except the professional counterfeit people of knowledge, who are supposed to have the right to claim punitive damages for two times. It gives full play to the role of network trading platform providers, ensuring the safety of network trading with the establishment of punitive damages applicable rules. |
