| “精神内耗”是个体在精神世界中难以平衡自我认知与现实间的内在冲突,而陷入持续性自我怀疑与自我攻击的心理状态。马克思异化视域下“精神内耗”表现为主体性消解与“悬浮”焦虑,占有逻辑下的自我价值物化,交往理性的结构性扭曲等症状。追其根源是技术理性与算法治理的系统性压制、物化意识与符号规训对主体意志的侵蚀、内卷化竞争中“协作共同体”的瓦解等多因素共同作用的结果。超越这一困境,要重建“自由的劳动”的实践形态；识破资本逻辑与消费陷阱,重构自主性的价值标准；构建“本真性共同体”,以制度与文化保障交往理性的复归。 |

| "Emotional exhaustion" refers to the psychological state where a person is trapped in continuous self-doubt and aggression due to his inability to balance self-perception and reality in his mental world. From the perspective of Marx"s theory of alienation, "emotional exhaustion" manifests itself as the dissolution of subjectivity and "suspended" anxiety, the objectification of self-value under the logic of possession, and the structural distortion of communicative rationality. The root cause lies in the systematic suppression of technological rationality and algorithmic governance, The erosion of individual will by reified consciousness and symbolic discipline, and the disintegration of the "collaborative community" in the context of hyper-competition.
