中国乡村教师政策的发展影响着中国乡村教师的发展质量。基于本土化后的间断平衡理论框架,运用QCA方法对39个案例进行实证分析,研究发现:(1)7个中国乡村教师政策变迁的影响条件均通过QCA方法的必要性分析,有其合理性。(2)布尔代数简化下的充分性分析,得出7组条件组态,其解的一致性水平为1,进一步解释了中国乡村教师政策变迁的过程。(3)对比发现,条件变量具有可替代性,7组组态进一步提炼为4条驱动中国乡村教师变迁的路径。党政权威体系在中国乡村教师政策的变迁中起着主导作用,民间参与体系作用越来越重要。理清中国乡村教师政策的变迁路径对促进乡村教师发展和实现乡村教育现代化具有积极意义。 |

The development of China"s rural teacher policy affects the development quality of China"s rural teachers. Based on the localized intermittent equilibrium theoretical framework, the QCA method is used to make an empirical analysis of 39 policy cases. The research finds that: (1) The influencing conditions of policy change of 7 rural teachers in China are all analyzed by the necessity of QCA method, which is reasonable. (2) The adequacy analysis under Boolean algebra simplification results in 7 conditional configurations, whose solution consistency level is 1, which further explains the process of policy change of rural teachers in China. (3) By comparison, it is found that conditional variables are fungible, and the 7 configurations are further refined into 4 driving paths for the change of rural teachers in China. The party and government authority system plays a leading role in the change of rural teachers" policies in China, and the role of the non-governmental participation system is becoming more and more important. It is of positive significance to clarify the change path of China"s rural teacher policy for promoting the development of rural teachers and realizing the modernization of rural education. |
