| 文章从土地“放管服”改革的视角出发，基于2007～2022年84个城市的面板数据构建多期双重差分模型检验土地审批制度改革对劳动力配置结构的影响。研究发现，土地审批制度改革对劳动力配置结构有显著影响，且该结论在一系列稳健性检验后依然显著。机制分析发现，土地审批改革通过优化城市营商环境和促进产业结构升级影响劳动力配置结构。文章的研究结果为持续推进土地审批制度改革、引导区域劳动力配置提供了有益启示。 |

| From the perspective of land reform, this paper constructs a multi-period double-difference model based on the panel data of 84 cities in 2007~2022 to test the impact of land approval system reform on labor allocation structure. The empirical results show that the reform of the land approval system reduces the proportion of labor employment in the secondary industry and promotes the growth of the proportion of labor employment in the tertiary industry, and this conclusion is still significant after a series of robustness tests. Mechanism analysis finds that land approval reform affects the labor allocation structure by optimizing the urban business environment and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. This study provides useful enlightenment for continuously promoting the reform of the land approval system and guiding the allocation of regional labor force. |
