      企业绿色创新是可持续发展的重要一环,高管作为决策制定者,其对于绿色创新的作用不容小觑。基于高层梯队理论,文章选取2015—2019年我国沪深A股上市公司为研究对象,研究CEO职业生涯关注与企业绿色创新水平的关系。实证结果发现:CEO职业生涯关注越高,企业绿色创新水平越低;而融资约束强化了CEO职业生涯关注对绿色创新的抑制作用。进一步研究发现,在内部控制较好的企业里,CEO职业生涯关注对绿色创新的抑制作用更显著。研究结论为绿色创新驱动因素提供了新视角,为企业实现绿色转型在高管聘任、内部控制设计等方面提供了经验借鉴。
English Summary:
      Corporate green innovation is an important part of sustainable development. The role of executives as decision-makers in green innovation cannot be underestimated. Based on the upper-echelon theory, this paper selects China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2019 as the research object, and studies the relationship between CEO career concern and the level of green innovation of enterprises. The empirical results show that the higher the career focus of the CEO, the lower the level of green innovation of the enterprise. Financing constraints reinforce the inhibitory effect of CEO career attention on green innovation. Further research found that in enterprises with better internal control, CEO career focus has a more significant inhibitory effect on green innovation. The research conclusion provides a new perspective for the driving factors of green innovation, and provides experience for enterprises to achieve green transformation in terms of executive appointment and internal control design.
