      基于国内外的文献梳理,并通过问卷调查获取207份企业高层管理者的问卷数据。实证研究证明:制造业高层管理者的认知风格和企业创新导向显著相关;高管认知风格可对角色宽度自我效能感产生正向影响,企业的创新导向受高角色宽度自我效能感的影响。此外,角色宽度自我效能感还作为制造业高层管理者的认知风格与创新导向之间的中介变量存在。
English Summary:
      Based on literature review at home and abroad, 207 questionnaire data of senior managers in enterprises were obtained through a questionnaire survey. Empirical research has shown that there is a significant correlation between the cognitive style of top management in the manufacturing industry and the innovation orientation of enterprises; Executive cognitive style can have a positive impact on role width self-efficacy, and the innovation orientation of enterprises is influenced by high role width self-efficacy. In addition, role width self-efficacy also exists as a mediating variable between the cognitive style and innovation orientation of top management in the manufacturing industry.
