| 基于2012—2021年沪深A股制造业企业数据,从动态的供应商波动与静态的供应商集中度两个维度,深入分析了供应商关系对企业投资效率的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:供应商波动与供应商集中度均会对企业投资效率产生负向影响,这种负向影响表现为加剧企业的过度投资和投资不足两方面。随着企业融资约束的不断提高,供应商波动以及供应商集中度对企业投资效率的负面效应越明显。研究结论为企业开展供应商关系管理以及企业投资决策提供了理论和实践参考。 |

| Based on the data of A-share manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2021, this paper analyzes the impact of supplier relationship on enterprise investment efficiency and its mechanism from the two dimensions of dynamic supplier fluctuation and static supplier concentration. It is found that supplier fluctuation and supplier concentration will have a negative impact on the investment efficiency of enterprises, and this negative impact is manifested in aggravating the over-investment and under-investment of enterprises. With the continuous improvement of corporate financing constraints, the negative effects of supplier fluctuations and supplier concentration on enterprise investment efficiency are more obvious. The research conclusions provide theoretical and practical references for enterprises to carry out supplier relationship management and enterprise investment decision-making. |
