| As a significant leap and original achievement of CCP's theoretical innovation in New Era, the “Two Integration” is not only the fundamental approach to localizing and modernizing Marxism, but also the inevitable course to develop Socialism with Chinese characteristics. The “Second Integration” clears up the confusion of “ancient and modern” and “home and abroad”, sweeps away the darkness of Chinese civilization, and enables the CCP to realize spiritual independence, which is of great significance for ideological emancipation.
