      文章旨在探讨企业主动的碳减排行为是否可以产生创新绩效以及碳绩效在碳减排行为与创新绩效之间是否存在中介作用。基于此,文章以2014—2021年医药制造业A股上市公司为研究样本,进行实证检验。研究发现:废弃物的回收利用、环保设施投入和管理节能等碳减排行为均能显著提高企业碳绩效;废弃物的回收利用和管理节能均能显著提升企业创新绩效,碳绩效在其中发挥中介作用,三者之间存在动态良性循环关系。文章的创新之处在于:一是将碳绩效和创新绩效具体应用到微观企业层面,探究碳减排行为实施的有效性;二是利用回归模型探讨碳减排行为、碳绩效与企业创新绩效三者之间的关系,丰富了碳绩效与创新绩效相关研究文献。
English Summary:
      The purpose of this paper is to explore whether companies' proactive carbon emission reduction behaviours can generate innovation performance and whether carbon performance has a mediating role between carbon emission reduction behaviours and innovation performance. Based on this, the article takes A-share listed companies in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry from 2014-2021 as the research sample and conducts an empirical test. The study finds that carbon emission reduction behaviours such as waste recycling, environmental protection facilities investment and management energy saving can significantly improve corporate carbon performance; waste recycling and management energy saving can significantly improve corporate innovation performance, in which carbon performance plays a mediating role, and there is a dynamic virtuous cycle between the three. The article is innovative in that:firstly, it applies carbon performance and innovation performance to micro enterprises to investigate the effectiveness of carbon emission reduction behaviours; secondly, it uses regression models to explore the relationship between carbon emission reduction behaviours, carbon performance and innovation performance, which enriches the literature on carbon performance and innovation performance.
