| 随着脑机接口技术的更新迭代和不断发展,其在医疗健康领域正展现巨大的应用潜能。然而,治疗型脑机接口在给患者带来健康福音的同时,也带来了知情同意的难题,在充分告知、准确理解及自主决策等阶段都存在不同程度的困境。提高医患医学素养,提升医护伦理意识；完善法律法规,提供制度保障；健全监督机制,明确监管责任等,可在一定程度上应对治疗型脑机接口的知情同意难题。 |

| With the update, iteration and continuous development of Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) technology, it is showing great application potential in the medical and health field. However, the therapeutic BCI has brought about the problem of informed consent while improving the medical level. There are difficulties of varying degrees in the stages of full disclosure, accurate understanding and independent decision-making. Improving medical literacy of doctors and patients, enhancing the ethical awareness of medical care, consummating laws and regulations and providing system guarantee, amplifing the supervision mechanism and clarifying the supervision responsibility can respond to the issue of informed consent of therapeutic BCI to a certain extent. |
