| 在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、高等教育深化改革时代背景下,网络舆情应对成为高校提升治理能力、达到“善治”的题中应有之义。近年来高校热点舆情事件频发,对学校的稳定发展与公众形象造成了冲击。为探析高校网络舆情演化共性特征,文章以近五年我国高校热点舆情事件作为研究对象,运用多案例研究方法,对案例文本进行聚类分析。研究表明:事件特质性、主体特殊性、高校响应度是激活舆情关键节点、驱动舆情演化的主要因素。文章从高校视角出发,审视网络舆情应对现状,认为需秉持高校、当事人、微媒体多元“对话”理念,从几个方面提升高校舆情应对工作效率,引导舆情向好发展:把握黄金时间,主动出击；坚持以人为本,实事求是；优化队伍建设,精细分工；多元主体参与,协同处理。 |

| In the context of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, and the deepening reform of higher education, the response to online public opinion has become a necessary thing for universities to improve their governance capacity and achieve “good governance”. However, in recent years, the hot public opinion incidents in universities have been frequent, which have impacted on the stable development and public image of universities. In order to explore the common features of the evolution of online public opinion in universities, this paper takes the hot public opinion events in Chinese universities in the past five years as the research object, adopts the multi-case study method, and makes cluster analysis on the case texts. The research shows that the event characteristics, subject particularity and responsiveness of universities are the key nodes to activate public opinion and the main factors to drive the evolution of public opinion. From the perspective of universities, this paper reviews the current situation of online public opinion response. And then, it is necessary to uphold the concept of diversified “dialogue” among universities, parties concerned and micro media to improve the efficiency of university public opinion response and guide the good development of public opinion from several aspects:seize the golden time and take the initiative; adhere to people-oriented approach, seek truth from facts; optimize the team construction, fine division of labor; multi-subjects participation, collaborative processing. |
