| In the historical convergence period of the “domestic and international situations”, and the context of the global pandemic of COVID-19,the successful hosting of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and Paralympic Games has created the spirit of Beijing Winter Olympic Games with the overall picture in mind, confidence and openness, tackling difficulties head-on, pursuing excellence and creating a better future. This paper analyzes the basic connotation of the spirit of Beijing Winter Olympic Games, and explores the value of the spirit of Beijing Winter Olympic Games in deepening the patriotism education of young college students, strengthening the education of their ideals and beliefs, deepening the education of their struggle spirit and consciousness of overcoming difficulties, and deepening the practical quality education of their excellence. It is necessary to explore practical paths from four aspects:integrating the spirit of Beijing Winter Olympics into the concept of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, into the education and teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, into the construction and cultivation of culture in colleges and universities, and into the network ideological and political education. |
