| 治理有效是乡村振兴的重要内容,乡村治理效能的高低与乡村内部的聚合程度和功能运行有着密切的关系,构建乡村治理共同体是优化乡村治理的有效路径。当前我国乡村共同体面临不断式微的现状,乡村治理陷入破碎、低效的困境。文章以湖南省衡南县的“屋场恳谈会”为分析样本,提出从坚持党建引领、激活治理力量、再造公共空间、培育公共精神、加强科技赋能等维度重塑新时代乡村治理共同体。 |

| Governance effectiveness is an important part of rural revitalization. The level of rural governance effectiveness is closely related to the degree of aggregation and function operation within the countryside. Building a community of rural governance is an effective way to optimize rural governance. At present, China's rural community is facing a declining status quo, and rural governance is in a broken and inefficient predicament. This paper taking the “House Forum” in Hengnan County, Hunan Province as a typical case study to reshape the rural governance community in the new era from the following dimensions:adhering to the leadership of party building, activating governance forces, recreating public space, cultivating public spirit, and strengthening technological empowerment. |
