| 乡村环境治理是实施乡村振兴战略的重要一环,是建设美丽宜居乡村的内在要求。文章以乡村环境治理的困境分析和社会资本理论的解读为逻辑起点,基于信任—网络—规范的分析思路,揭示社会资本与乡村环境治理之间的内在逻辑,并结合当下乡村环境治理中存在的社会信任弱化、社会网络松散、社会规范失效等困境,提出重塑乡村信任关系、修缮乡村参与网络、健全乡村社会规范等突破路径。 |

| Rural environmental governance is an important part of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and an inherent requirement for building beautiful and livable villages. Taking the dilemma analysis of rural environmental governance and the interpretation of social capital theory as the logical starting point, based on the analysis idea of trust-network-norm, the internal logic between social capital and rural environmental governance is revealed, and combined with the current dilemma of weakened social trust, loose social network and invalid social norm in rural environmental governance, the path of breakthrough is proposed to reshape rural trust relationship, repair rural participation network, and improve rural social norms. |
