| 作为新一轮司法改革的重要组成部分,司法辅助人员改革在G省法院系统取得了明显成效。同时,源于个别制度性缺陷、体制性弊端和改革理念举措滞后等因素,改革实践中也存在着人员配备不足、职责界限不明、审判质效低下、职业前景黯淡等突出问题。因此,强化探索创新改革理念、增强非在编司法辅助人员力量、争取党政资源支持保障,必然成为实现司法辅助人员改革预期的良好途径。 |

| As an important part of the new round of judicial reform, the reform of judicial auxiliary personnel has achieved remarkable results in the court system of G province. At the same time,due to factors such as individual institutional defects, institutional shortcomings, and lagging reform ideas and measures, there are also prominent problems in the reform practice, such as insufficient personnel, unclear responsibilities, low quality and effectiveness of trials, and bleak career prospects. Therefore, to strengthen the exploration and innovation of reform ideas, enhance the strength of non-enlisted judicial auxiliary personnel, and strive for the support and guarantee of CPC and government resources, will inevitably become a good way to achieve the expected reform of judicial auxiliary personnel. |
