| It has been 100 years since the founding of the Communist Party of China. Under the leadership of the Party, China has undergone earth-shaking changes in various aspects such as economy, culture, and legal system. The marriage and family system, which is related to everyone's vital interests, is also constantly developing in the direction of systematization, institutionalization, and scientification. From the “Marriage Law of the Chinese Soviet Republic” to the “Civil Code” Marriage and Family Edition, the successive changes in the marriage and family system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China not only responded to the requirements of the times, but also showed us the great improvement of our country's marriage law in the legislative concept and system construction. |
