| The constitutional governance of the Communist Party of China has gone through the revolutionary constitution during the period of local power in the base area, the transplantation of the Soviet constitutional model and the exploration of localization in the early days of the founding of the Peoples Republic of China. The century-old constitutional governance process was tortuous and faltering, and finally moved forward firmly, and the experience is worth carrying forward. The transplantation of the constitutional governance model should be prudent, the authority of the constitution should be maintained, the partys leadership and the innovation of the socialist constitutional system with Chinese characteristics should be strengthened, and there is a long way to go to cultivate a socialist constitutional culture with Chinese characteristics. |
