      利用我国地级及以上城市的数据,分析了2011—2018年高新技术产业与1998—2018年制造业集聚的空间与时序规律。研究结果表明:我国制造业截至目前尚未出现从集聚再到扩散的过程,整体集聚水平仍在缓慢提高,高新技术产业集聚程度明显高于制造业。就集聚水平而言,广东省和江苏省的城市整体集聚水平显著高于其他城市;就集聚特征而言,中国高新技术产业集聚水平整体较低且呈现分布不均匀现象。文章提出应加强中西部地区城市建设发展并加大扶持力度,企业也应发挥比较优势吸引产业集聚。
English Summary:
      Using data from cities at prefecture-level and above in our country, this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal laws of high-tech industries in 2011-2018 and manufacturing agglomeration in 1998-2018. The results show that our country’s manufacturing industry has not undergone a process from agglomeration to diffusion so far. The overall agglomeration level is still slowly improving. The concentration of high-tech industries is significantly higher than that of manufacturing. In terms of agglomeration level, the overall agglomeration level of cities in Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces is significantly higher than other cities; in terms of agglomeration characteristics, the agglomeration level of China's high-tech industries is generally low and shows uneven distribution. Finally, it is proposed that urban construction and development in the central and western regions should be strengthened, support should be increased, and enterprises should use their comparative advantages to attract industrial clusters.
